Alexander and Jessie Archibald Somers were married in a religious ceremony on June 12th, 1891 in 181 Parliamentary Road, Glasgow by minister George Proudfoot and witnessed by William Jeffrey, Maggie Torrance.1  They had four sons and a daughter, named John, Alexander, William Drysdale, Lawrence and Jessie Archibald Sommers (Nett).
