Clara was born in 1873 in Abberton, Worcester and her baptism took place on May 4th, 1873 in St Edburga, Abberton.1  Clara's father was George Tidmarsh and her mother was Elizabeth Brewer.  Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Tidmarsh and Sarah; her maternal grandparents were John Brewer and Sarah. She had two brothers and a sister, named John, Alfred and Millicent.  She was the second youngest of the four children.  She died at the age of 24 in August 1897 in Pershore, Worcester.
