Joseph Waters

Joseph was born in 1863 in Grafton Flyford, Worcester.¹   Joseph's father was William Waters and his mother was Emma.  His paternal grandparents were William Waters and Sarah Waters. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Edward, Charles, Herbert, Sarah, Mary and Sylvia.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.
