Charles Waters

Charles was born in 1871 in Grafton Flyford, Worcester.¹   Charles' father was William Waters and his mother was Emma.  His paternal grandparents were William Waters and Sarah Waters. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Thomas, Edward, Herbert, Sarah, Mary and Sylvia.  He was the second youngest of the eight children.
