Charlotte was born in 1853 in Worcester.¹

Birth Notes

Charlotte's father was William Henry Ricketts and her mother was Elizabeth (Betsey) Mason. Her paternal grandparents were William Ricketts and Mary. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William, Thomas, George, Charles, Eliza, Mary, Ada and Alice. She was the third oldest of the nine children.
