Cecil John Izod

Cecil John Izod Birth 1899

Cecil was born on March 11th, 1899 in Pershore, Worcester.¹   Cecil's father was Thomas Henry “The Thatcher” Izod and his mother was Millicent Tidmarsh.  His paternal grandparents were Edmund Izod and Harriet Vale. He had a brother and a sister, named Donald and Dorothy.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at 5 months old on August 18th, 1899.  He was buried on August 21st, 1899 in Fladbury Churchyard.
